Getting people involved and staying in sport is a priority for us here at Papamoa FC.
We endeavour to provide opportunities for all players within our club, from our community teams, through to our competitive teams.
The linear pathway is designed to give an opportunity to players to progress through our club teams for those that choose this path. Everyone plays football for different reasons and being able to provide an pathway for all club members is key.
The primary focus of the pathway is to generate an environment where players can move between teams seamlessly, to progress their footballing abilities, should they so wish to do so, whilst still maintaining a love of the game an supporting the performance of the club at the same time.
The linear pathway only begins at youth level (Boys - U14+ / Girls U13+) an is designed to support these groups of players to encourage the opportunity to grow and adapt their skill levels and work towards playing at the highest level in our football pyramid.
