Papamoa FC has been successful in obtaining its Club Liquor Licence. This allows the club to be able to provide the sale of alcohol based on the conditions of the licence. The club is now subject to ongoing reviews of our licence to allow for changes, as and when required, which will be communicated to all members and users of the clubrooms as they come in to effect.
PLease note that the club must abide by the following conditions;
* Club Licence approval (not to be confused with a On or Off Licence)
* A qualified manager must be present or close by. Volunteers who can support the club will need to go through an induction process.
* "Substantial meals" must be provided for retail sale of food
* No glass in or around the building
* Specific Licenced hours of operation
* A specific licenced area.
* The club can only operate the sale of alcohol subject to the conditions above. Should it not be able to meet each of those conditions, then the sale and purchase of alcohol can not proceed.
